Residential Treatment

Challenges Addiction Treatment Center offers residential treatment which may be considered for individuals whom substance abuse or mental illness has caused them to be in danger to themselves and others around them.  Residential Treatment centers provide a stable, all inclusive approach to assisting the individuals in understanding and coping with their issues.

Residential Treatment offers both medical and psychiatric care in a structured environment that enables the patient to have a sense of security in a safe, secure surrounding where stability and supervision is provided on a 24 hour basis.

While in treatment at Challenges Residential Drug and Alcohol Addiction Treatment Center, residential housing is provided for clients who need a safe, sober and structured living environment.

Experienced and professionally trained staff supervises clients who are transported by staff, day and evening to recovery meetings, shopping, medical and/or legal appointments, if necessary, and to any other appointments approved by the treatment team. Recreational activities are arranged for clients such as cookouts, volleyball games, softball games, picnics, beach outings, aerobics, shopping, bowling, movies and other group excursions.

Challenges residences are located in an upscale condo type community and are fully managed and monitored 24 hours, 7 days a week by our staff. The apartments are located in an attractive, tropical and serene suburb of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Residences are fully furnished, 2/2 bath units complete with cable TV and on-site amenities such as basketball, Jacuzzi, swimming pool and more. Residences are steps away from South Florida’s beautiful beach. All client transportation is provided by Challenges at no cost.
