Dr. Boutrouille, along with her staff of highly trained and experienced professionals, will evaluate the patient and put together a treatment program to fit the individual needs of each individual patient.

Dr. Dean Rotondo, M.D. – Staff Neurologist
Dr. Rotondo is trained to practice Addiction Medicine, also specializing in psychiatry, neurology with 32 years experience as an MD, earning his doctoral degree at St George’s University. Specializing in the field of Psychiatry, Dr. Rotondo is prepared to diagnose and treat the various types of mental illness, such as depression, eating disorders, manic depression and anxiety disorders, among other psychiatric illnesses and disorders. Dr. Rotondo is trained to provide various treatments, including the prescription of medications, different forms of psychotherapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy, among other techniques.
Dr. Rick Harris, Psy.D – Neurofeedback Practitioner
Dr. Harris was awarded his Doctor of Psychology by Nova Southeastern University in 1982. Throughout his 30 years of experience within the mental health field, he has worked in inpatient, outpatient settings with children, adolescents, adults and seniors. He has found that neurofeedback is an intervention that successfully actualizes the brain-behavior relationship. He combines his experience in clinical psychology and neurofeedback to address client’s concerns in an integrated holistic approach. This approach serves to assist in the enhancement of a client’s cognitive, psychological and physiological well being.
Dr. Rachel Bishop, Psy.D – Neurofeedback Practitioner
Dr. Bishop is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and provides assessment services and neurofeedback intervention. She believes it is most important to incorporate the individual’s philosophies and experiences into their treatment. The success she has seen with neurofeedback treatment within a wide variety of populations, including inpatient substance abuse recovery, has brought her to Challenges.

I founded Challenges Treatment Center 13 years ago for the purpose of helping individuals with a history of chronic relapse. We incorporate the latest technology, together with traditional treatment, twelve-step oriented treatment, and alternative treatment therapies.
