While in treatment at Challenges Addiction Treatment and Relapse Prevention Center, residential housing is provided for clients who need a safe, sober and structured living environment.
Experienced and professionally trained staff supervises clients at their residence. Clients are transported by staff, day and evening to recovery meetings, shopping, medical and/or legal appointments, if necessary, and to any other appointments approved by the treatment team. Recreational activities are arranged for clients such as cookouts, volleyball games, softball games, picnics, beach outings, aerobics, shopping, bowling, movies and other group excursions.
Challenges residences are located in an upscale condo type community and are fully managed and monitored 24 hours, 7 days a week by our staff. The apartments are located in an attractive, tropical and serene suburb of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Residences are fully furnished, 2 or 3 bedroom/2 bath units complete with cable TV and on-site amenities such as tennis and basketball courts, a fitness studio, Jacuzzi, swimming pool and more. Residences are only minutes away from South Florida’s beautiful beaches, public transportation, grocery shopping, shopping outlets and other convenient services. All client transportation is provided by Challenges at no cost.
